You’re in the right place.
IFS Intensives can help you heal in one session what might take months in traditional therapy.
What is an intensive?
An intensive is a focused block of time dedicated to exploring a specific issue, helping you gain clarity and resolution so it no longer holds you back in your day-to-day life. The extended session allows for deep exploration, insight, and healing - something weekly therapy sessions often can’t provide.
1
Pre-Intensive Assessment
Before your intensive, you’ll complete a personalized workbook that helps clarify your goals and allows me to map out your parts and gather questions. Then, 1–2 weeks before your intensive, we’ll meet for a 90-minute pre-intensive session to review your goals, address any concerns, and set a clear intention so we’re fully aligned going in.
2
Intensive
Session
This is your dedicated block of time, depending on the package that best supports your needs—one, two, or three 3-hour sessions. Each intensive is fully customized to your goals and needs to maximize your healing potential during this focused time.
3
Post-Intensive Follow-Up
The 90-minute post-intensive session gives us space to reflect on your experience, integrate what emerged, and solidify the shifts in your system. We’ll also explore options for continued growth and support so you leave with clarity and a grounded path forward.

Imagine finally getting to…
Deeply heal from emotional patterns without spending years in therapy
You leave your intensive in awe of what you were able to accomplish. You uncovered the root of an issue (or maybe several) that had been impacting your life in ways you weren’t even aware of. You move through each day with confidence and presence, respond instead of react, make choices from a grounded sense of Self, and experience freedom from patterns that once controlled you.
Finally understand the why behind your struggles & stop fighting yourself
You finally understand what’s been happening beneath the surface—and with that understanding, the shame and frustration begin to fade. Through your IFS intensive, you gain insight that brings deep validation and relief. The noise inside quiets, the inner tug-of-war softens, and you move forward grounded in compassion, confidence, and peace within yourself.
Feel grounded and balanced & respond to life instead of reacting to it
Through IFS, you develop a deep, healing connection with every part of yourself, unlocking access to your calm, wise Self. You begin to feel grounded and at peace, able to meet life’s moments with clarity instead of reactivity, and notice a newfound lightness in how you move through the world.
You don’t have to wait years to feel better. I can help you uncover what’s holding you back and heal deeply - fast.
Frequently asked questions about Intensives
FAQs
-
My 90-minute sessions support steady, ongoing work, typically on a biweekly basis. Intensives create even more space by offering extended, uninterrupted time to focus on what feels most important. This allows you to go deeper into a specific issue, pattern, or area of growth in a more focused and accelerated way.
-
You might be a good fit if you’re ready to focus on yourself, go deeper into a specific issue, or create meaningful change in a shorter period of time. Intensives are a great option if you’re feeling stuck, noticing recurring patterns, or wanting dedicated space to work through something important.
-
Intensives can help you work through patterns that keep showing up, process stuck emotions, and gain clarity around what’s driving your experiences. They’re especially helpful if you’re wanting deeper insight, more focused progress, or space to work through something that feels difficult to access in shorter sessions.
-
If you’re already working with a therapist, an intensive can be a powerful complement. It gives you dedicated time to focus more deeply on a specific issue or pattern, often leading to insights and shifts that carry back into your ongoing work.
-
Before your intensive, you’ll receive a personalized workbook to complete at your own pace. During your pre-intensive session, we’ll review your responses, clarify your goals, and set intentions so you can make the most of your time.
-
An IFS intensive is an extended therapy session that gives you dedicated time to work deeply with the different “parts” of you that carry emotions, patterns, and past experiences. Instead of rushing or stopping just as things open up, we’re able to stay with what matters most and allow meaningful shifts to happen in one focused experience.
Not ready for an intensive but still want deep healing?
I offer 90-minute biweekly sessions with personalized post-session mapping summaries to help you integrate insights and stay connected to your growth between sessions.
This structure allows you to go deeper than traditional weekly therapy while maintaining a sustainable rhythm. Each session gives you the spaciousness to explore what’s beneath the surface, process meaningfully, and stay connected to your growth without feeling rushed.
This is your space to go deeper.
If you’re ready to focus on what matters most, an intensive gives you the time and support to do that.
